REPORTS (Back to Index) Customer Page This option allows you to view our website without having to open up another browser on your own. When viewing the website you will find quotes and charts, contract specifications, market reports, and also any announcements that we make regarding the company or the BEST Direct program. Profit/Loss Intraday Report This selection allows you to see many statistics of your account through your web browser. The P/L Intraday report will help you track your positions, as well as show you your profits and losses on all of your trades for that day, excluding commissions. For example, let’s say that you bought 1 ESM3 at 950.00, and sold 1 ESM3 at 953.00, the P/L report would show that you made a profit of $150.00 on that particular trade. The P/L report also provides you with a PRINT option so that you can print a copy of your daily trading activity. It is important that at the end of the trading day you print a copy of your P/L report so that you have a record of your daily activity. Furthermore, by retaining a record of your P/L report this will allow you to do your own checkout the next day to make sure that all your trades match what you have in your records. The best way to do your own checkout is to take your copy of the P/L report from the previous day, and then open up today’s Previous Activity report. Check your trades on the previous day’s P/L report against the trades that you see on your Previous Activity report. The Previous Activity report is what has actually cleared in your account. If something does not look right it is important that you call your BROKER or the BEST DESK immediately. Additional tools available within the Profit/Loss Report Intraday WebPages include: Account Status, Today’s Activity, Open Positions, P/L Trade Summary, View All Trades, and Previous Activity. Your official Statement will come once a month by mail, but the P/L Report Intraday allows you to access key account information throughout the trading day from anywhere that you have web access.
